Heritage craftsmanship & specification

Situated in the heart of Devon, we craft our kitchen cabinets using high-specification materials and traditional techniques.

For our doors and frames we have chosen sustainably sourced tulipwood, which is resistant to the rigours of life, yet gives a smooth, uncompromised finish when painted. Doors are either 30mm or 22mm thick depending on range, with a 70mm frame that gives the refined profile of expensive bespoke fitted furniture. The drawers are all soft-close with Blum Movento runners, oak dovetail drawer boxes and oak internals.

Rag n Bone cabinets arrive as solid units and are 18mm thick with solid tops and backs. These come in a choice of finishes either oak or walnut veneer, all with matching lipping on the front edge. We have chosen wood based Egger as our base material as it offers both guaranteed durability and is more sustainable than other similar products.

A truly bespoke kitchen

Rag n Bone Cabinet kitchens suit traditional and modern settings equally using our design options and colour choices.. Whether you are looking to achieve the warmth of a farmhouse style kitchen or the grandeur that will sit comfortably in an Edwardian villa, the versatility of our cabinets allows the look and feel to be exactly what you are looking for.

All our doors are a versatile paired back shaker style with the option of a cock bead finish to the frame, for a more traditional bespoke look. You will also have the choice of 2 plinth styles; a traditional skirting style (English Shaker) or recessed (Pure Shaker), giving two completely different looks to the finished result.

Cabinets come in standard or bespoke sizing and we have a range of additional features such as pantries, countertop units with reeded glass or solid bi-fold doors, pastry tables and much more.

English Shaker

The elegance of our English Shaker delivers a contemporary twist on the perennially popular traditional kitchen style. The skirting plinth gives the look of continuous runs of luxury handmade cabinetry and the 70mm frame Is a thoughtful addition that adds to the luxury feel of fine furniture.

This style of design is at home within Georgian, Edwardian or Victorian properties, or a luxury modern home. It is a heritage design that adds grandeur and significance to your kitchen space.

Pure Shaker

Our Pure Shaker cabinets are a modern take on the original and distinctive furniture style dating back to 1860’s. It's true, pared-back, Shaker simplicity.

Its clean lines make it a perfect choice for someone who is looking for an iconic style that is well suited to bold custom colour palettes or the more muted, homely farmhouse feel.
