Our virtual design service
Our unique online design service offers the same level of design expertise as a showroom visit, from the comfort of your home. Our experienced designers will work closely with you via video link, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from start to finish.
Using our measuring guide, you will be able to advise your designer of the unique features of your space.
Step 1. Capturing your design brief
Your designer's first priority is to understand the aesthetic you are looking to achieve and your practical requirements. They will explore how you and others will use a kitchen, ensuring that you have a design which is beautiful and functions well.
To reduce the need to travel, you will receive a curated product pack which will be send to you at home, to ensure you are confident in terms of the quality of the materials we use and the look and feel. Later on, your designer will conduct a meeting with you in our showroom where they will be provide a walk through and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2. Your initial design presentation
Using your design brief, your designer will begin to plan your design which is then brought to life using state-of-the-art 3D renders. This gives you a life-like view of your design in your space.
During this phase, your designer will use these renders to walk you through design concepts and make suggestions, helping you to evaluate each aspect to ensure your design exceeds your expectations.
Step 3. Your final design and pricing
After incorporating all feedback from the initial design, your designer will refine the concepts and create your final design, complete with a fully itemised quote.
This second design meeting will also be via video call directly from our in-house showroom. During this session, you'll have the opportunity to not only review your latest design, but also have a tour of our display kitchen up-close and ask any questions you may have. Your designer will showcase specific design details, giving you a thorough understanding of materials, finish and craftsmanship.
Worktops & appliances
Buying your cabinetry direct from our workshop means you will also have the opportunity to shop for the best deals on appliances and worktops. Buying these on-line gives you the flexibility to compare prices as these vary greatly
However, if you remain unsure, our designers will be happy to recommend a supplier or offer product advice.
We also recommend Rehome.co.uk, as they have a wide range of ethically sourced, competitively priced quality appliances and you might just find what you are looking for.
Trading in your pre-loved kitchen
Finding out if your current kitchen could be re-used in another home is a great way to make an ethical choice. Rag n Bone have partnered with Rehome, who offer an innovative kitchen re-sale service that will give you the opportunity to sell your kitchen and have it dismantled and rehomed somewhere new, to be enjoyed by another family.
The process requires minimal effort on your part, and should earn some additional cash to contribute towards your forever kitchen. If your kitchen is not suitable for resale, you will be offered their ethical recycling service instead to ensure you are renovating as sustainably as possible.
